Presses

Eccentric presses with a pressing force of up to 250t are available for cold and hot forming parts. Slit strips with a width of up to 400mm and a material thickness of 8mm are processed on hydraulic presses with a pressing force of up to 500t and a bench size of 1,000mm x 1,200mm.
Also available are die bending presses with a pressing force of up to 260t and a folding length of up to 3,000mm.

Shears

Size plates are cut on guillotine shears up to a cutting length of 3,000m and a material thickness of up to 12mm. Various section cutters are available for lineals.

Welding technology

We perform welding work with metal and inert gas welding equipment up to 450 A. A robot welding system is used in mass production.

Miscellaneous

Further means of production include a portal plasma cutting system with autogenous cutting attachment and a maximum travel of 1,500mm x 3,000mm, a heading machine up to ø 23mm, M 10 – M 39 thread cutting machines and Rommel systems.
